Reports of stronger demand
Spot prices are today reported at NOK 60/kg, up from NOK 55-56/kg last Friday, with reports of stronger demand and continued high Norwegian harvest volumes (up 12% y-o-y over the last four weeks). Spot prices normally trends upwards from mid November, driven partly by stronger demand ahead of Christmas. In the forward market at Fishpool, contract prices (Nasdaq) are reported at NOK 63.5/kg (64.3 last week) for December, NOK 66.5/kg (66.6) for H1 2022 and flat at NOK 62.5/kg for FY 2022.
